We've reserved the whole bed and breakfast for our club! We plan on leaving KC Friday morning and the B 'n' B is expecting us that afternoon. They will be serving refreshments and perhaps some 'vino' when we arrive.

 

Saturday morning we'll enjoy a homemade breakfast then hit the roads....since we are staying downtown, shopping is also near by. In the afternoon, we can visit some 'local' wineries (we don't want to drink and drive!) and perhaps, have a picnic or lunch at Stone Hill winery.

 

Saturday night, we have the "Murder Mystery Dinner" planned (you'll be receiving your parts before we head out....hahaha). Since it's so close to Halloween, I've requested a 'haunted' version.

 

And if I'm the one murdered, I just want you all to know, that "I' will HAUNT you!" hahaha....

 

There are also tunnels underneath that they will give us a tour through if we want it.

 

A wonderful history lurks behind this historic bed and breakfast we are staying at that weekend. It was built in 1886 and the owner had 3 wives! (Well, not all at the same time.) He also owned Stone Hill winery which is located up on a near by hill which allows you to see the whole area. In fact, I was told it was featured on the travel channel. There is even mention that some 'friendly spirits' also reside there..... So, get your nerves all tucked in! You never know what you may encounter......
