Our next car show is July, 20th: 9:00 AM, in NKC. The Shriner's
head it up. All are welcome! Last year, we just showed up to visit and somehow ended up in it merely by accident. They gave
me a little plaque for my car. There is no entry fee.

Our Annual Picnic is Sunday, August

It's a really nice location and our club is paying for the rental of

Tom and Karl are heading up this event, planning the menu and all the
details. They will make a list of menu items and then people can sign up for the things they would like to bring or another
side dish.
The Mini's (Mini Coopers) & 'Z' clubs are our guests. We just thought it would be a nice social outing
for our clubs to get together and meet. Especially, since we have an event planned with these two clubs (and a few others)
in November.
You can never have enough friends!

T-Bones GAME Plan!!!!
Lisa
is in charge of this event.
9-1-1 Day at the Ballpark! It will be at the T-Bones Stadium which is by
the Legends Shopping area
in Kansas (by Nebraska
Furniture). They will be
playing the Fargo-Moorehead Red Hawks. The event is August 30, 2008, which
is a Saturday. The
buffet starts at 5:30pm and the game is at 7:05pm.
There are fireworks after the game. They like for people
to wear a police,
fire, military or related type shirt to show support for the emergency
services. Though
that is not a requirement. The cost is $10 per person.
That includes the meal, t-shirt, game ticket and you
get 2 drink coupons (at
least you did last year) and parking is free. I (Lisa) need a head count by July
16th
to get the order turned in. I will not order for anyone who hasn't
paid simply because I don't want to get
stuck with paying for them myself.
Also, I (Lisa) need shirt sizes.
